February 2019 Words of Life (Week 2)

Our AIM University course on planning kicked off on Monday, February 4th. Thanks to all those who attended. We talked about the 5 key areas of life planning. Our conversation steered towards discipline; disciplining yourself to go to bed at a consistent time, to wake up at a consistent time (not hit the snooze button), stick to the plans you set to achieve your goals, etc. Make time to watch the video below. It will inspire you to discipline yourself even further, to plan out your day, and get more accomplished.
